Fingers in pies (and butter cod loin, with green nam Jim, crispy leeks and coriander oil)

There are paid jobs and there are heart jobs. ELM is most definitely the latter. DED have always enjoyed having their 20 toes in the world of hospitality, with their award winning multi faceted event space, 99 Mary Street which opened its sliding black doors in 2014. In 2023 Nice Folk (DED’s partner company) acquired ELM from their friend and coffee mentor Mr Sam Binstead, adding the little coffee shop to their family. 2 years on ELM has evolved further with a joint venture collaborating with super talented chef, Nathan Wall to bring Restaurant ELM to the evening slots on Glossop Road.
